Individual Counseling
A Safe Space to Begin Healing
Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or a life transition you didn't expect, you don't have to figure it out alone. Our licensed counselors provide a confidential, compassionate space to help you move forward.
What to Expect
Your first session is about getting to know each other. Your counselor will listen to your story, understand what brought you in, and work with you to set goals that feel right. There's no pressure to share everything at once.
Sessions are 45–50 minutes, typically weekly. The pace is always client-directed, we go at the speed that feels safe for you. Some people come for a season; others find ongoing support helpful. Either way, you're in the driver's seat.
We offer both in-person sessions at our Fresno campus and secure telehealth throughout California.

Our Approach
Systems-Based & Relational Care
We look at the whole picture — your relationships, family, and life context — because healing rarely happens in isolation. Your story is part of a larger system, and we work with all of it.
Attachment-Focused Therapy
We explore the patterns of connection and safety you learned early in life and how they shape what you're experiencing now, so you can build more secure, lasting relationships.
Emotionally-Focused Therapy
Rather than managing thoughts alone, we help you make sense of your emotions so they become a guide rather than a burden. Feelings are welcome here.
Trauma-Informed Care
All of our clinicians treat trauma through attachment- and parts-informed work. EMDR and IFS are available with a specially trained clinician for those who would benefit from them.
CBT Interventions
When helpful, we may draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tools — identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns — as one of several interventions. CBT is a tool we use, not our primary identity.
Faith Integration
Optional and always client-directed. We can explore spiritual dimensions of healing if that's meaningful to you.
