Insurance & Payment
Making Care Accessible
We're out-of-network with most private insurance — and we keep payment simple. You pay at the time of service, and we provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement. Cost should never be a barrier to getting the help you need.
Out-of-Network — How It Works
We do not bill or verify insurance. Link Care is out-of-network with most private plans.
You pay for each session at the time of service (cash, check, card, HSA, or FSA).
We give you a superbill — an itemized receipt with the codes your insurer needs.
You submit the superbill to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Need a lower fee? Reduced-fee sessions are available with our trainee clinicians, who are supervised by licensed staff. (Trainee clinicians cannot provide a superbill.)
