Stronger Relationships Start Here

Every relationship hits hard seasons. Whether you're a couple struggling to connect, a family in conflict, or parents who can't seem to get on the same page, therapy isn't a sign of failure. It's a sign you care enough to try.

What to Expect

Sessions come in two lengths: a single 45–50 minute session, or a double 90-minute session (billed at the double fee) when a couple or family needs more time to be heard together. Both partners are encouraged to attend, though individual sessions may be part of the process too.

Your first few sessions are focused on listening. Your counselor will hear each person's perspective, identify patterns, and begin mapping a path forward. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what's happening and what comes next.

We work primarily from an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) lens — helping you access the deeper emotions underneath stuck patterns and rebuild connection. Skill-building and between-session practices can support that work, but the heart of our approach is emotional reconnection, not exercises alone. We work with the whole relationship, not just the problem.

What We Address

Communication Breakdown

When conversations turn into arguments, or silence, and you can't seem to get through to each other.

Conflict Resolution

Recurring disagreements that never fully resolve, leaving resentment to build over time.

Pre-Marital Counseling

Build a strong foundation before you say 'I do.' Address expectations, finances, family dynamics, and faith.

Blended Families

Navigating the complexities of step-parenting, co-parenting, and merging family cultures.

Parenting Struggles

When parenting differences create tension in the marriage, or when a child's behavior is affecting the whole family.

Separation & Reconciliation

Whether you're considering separation or working toward reconciliation, we provide a safe space to decide together.

Intimacy Issues

Emotional or physical disconnection, rebuilding trust after betrayal, or rediscovering closeness.

Our Approach

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Our primary approach. EFT helps couples identify and soften the negative interaction cycles that keep them stuck, by accessing and sharing the deeper emotions underneath. Research-backed and designed to rebuild secure connection.

Gottman-Informed Therapy

A secondary, skills-supportive lens — research-backed methods for building friendship, managing conflict, and creating shared meaning that complement the emotional work of EFT.

Family Systems Therapy

Understands the family as an interconnected system, when one part shifts, everything shifts. We work with the whole picture.

Faith Integration

For couples who want it, we weave faith into the therapeutic process, drawing on shared values to strengthen your bond.
