Link Care Foundation

Helpful Resources

Whether you're in crisis, preparing for your first session, or looking for ways to grow, these resources can help.

New to Therapy?

Not sure what to expect at your first session? We've put together a guide that walks you through everything, from scheduling to your ongoing sessions.

What to Expect

Insurance Questions?

Link Care is out-of-network with most private insurance and does not bill or verify insurance. We provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for potential out-of-network reimbursement, and we offer reduced-fee sessions with our trainee clinicians.
