Kaden Bolton

MFT Trainee

Kaden is in the last year of his Master's and Family Therapy program at Fresno Pacific University. He has experience working in urban ministry, serving in schools alongside Youth for Christ and Every Neighborhood Partnership. He has spent time understanding interconnected cultural dynamics in mental health through cross-cultural experiential trips throughout Fresno. Kaden is passionate about working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Areas of interest include supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, identity formation, life transitions, faith and spirituality, and working in ministry. He has received training in the Level 1 Gottman Training and Parts Work for Trauma. Kaden strives to cultivate a therapeutic environment grounded in curiosity, compassion, and authenticity, where clients can deepen their understanding of themselves, strengthen self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change. Kaden understands through a systems-focused perspective, recognizing that individuals are shaped by their relationships, families, communities, and the broader social and cultural environments in which they live. He is passionate about work with concerns related to racial and intergenerational trauma, sexuality, the unique experiences of biracial and multigenerational individuals and families, and ecotherapy.
