Anxiety

When worry runs on a loop, it can be exhausting, and it can be hard to explain to the people around you. You are not overreacting, and you are not alone. Our counselors help you understand what is driving the anxiety and build practical, lasting ways to steady yourself.

Reach Out

If you are in crisis right now, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. This page is not for emergencies.

What This Can Look Like

Racing thoughts, or a mind that will not slow down

Trouble sleeping, restlessness, or feeling on edge

Avoiding situations that feel overwhelming

Physical tension, a racing heart, or panic

How We Help

We treat anxiety through our Individual Counseling, using approaches centered on your goals. For some people, faith is part of that process; for others it is not, and both are welcome here. Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes, at a pace you direct.
