Grief & Loss
Grief does not follow a schedule, and there is no right way to do it. Whether your loss is recent or years old, whether it is a person, a relationship, a role, or a future you expected, your grief matters here. We sit with you in it.
If you are in crisis right now, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. This page is not for emergencies.
What This Can Look Like
Waves of sadness, anger, guilt, or numbness
Trouble concentrating or sleeping
Feeling like others expect you to "move on"
Questions about faith, meaning, or what comes next
How We Help
We support grief through our Individual Counseling, and when loss is touching your relationships, our Couples & Family work can help. We move at your pace, with no pressure to rush. For those who want it, we can hold the spiritual questions grief often raises; for those who do not, that is equally welcome. Sessions are about 45-50 minutes.
