When everything feels heavy, or flat, getting through the day can take everything you have. Depression is not a lack of effort or faith. Our counselors offer a warm, unhurried space to understand what you are carrying and to find your footing again.

How We Help

Depression is treated through our Individual Counseling, with care shaped around you. Faith integration is available if you want it and never required. Sessions run about 45-50 minutes.

We are out-of-network with most insurance and provide a superbill you can submit for potential reimbursement. Reduced-fee sessions are available with our trainee clinicians. See Fees & Insurance for details.
